Calculate statistics all library media - spin up hdds

Hi,

I have a problem (or a question) - why "Calculate statistics all library media" spin up my hdds when executed? What actually this task doing? I have scheduled it once a week, and every time when it's executed all my sleeping hdds were spin up. It's a bug or intentionally behavior?

In my situation, task is scheduled at 0:30, and on both servers (first main, and second with folders mounted using Samba)

Ehh it's too early... wrong place for this post, I have no idea how even I posted in this section...  can some moderator/admin remove it or replace to correct place (I can't do this, or I don't know how)? Sorry for that...

The developer will need to comment but I would assume it is pulling large amounts of data from your emby server database. Possibly also doing requests to MovieDb/Tvdb to compare with data on their sites.
