Hi, does anyone have a guide on how to set up Emby on Android TV like this? Is there a video showing the steps? It looks better this way.

First you must be using the 'Emby for Android' app not the "TV" app.

Then in your 'Home Screen' settings, you need to select 'Horizontal' mode to achieve the above display

The apps 'Display Mode' needs to be in 'TV' first

Correct. Search for 'Emb' in the Play Store, you will find two apps, install the non-TV version.
