password reset, can't locate passwordreset.txt on my server

I am dealing with this problem on Synology through a Mac. Have no idea where this file is, or how to find it. There is no "emby" anywhere on any of my servers. i do not know what SSH is. I do not know what QNAP is. What is the easiest way to do this, that a toddler that has never used a computer in their life could figure out? Everything I've read on this topic goes deep into tech jargon & skips lots of steps.

I gave up- way too complicated. Too much jargon. Set up a Jellyfin in under 10 minutes.
