New movie added, not showing up in the folder

I downloaded a movie and put it in my Movies folder. But it doesn't show up in the app. I tried moving it to another folder not used by Emby, waited an hour and then moved it back, but it still doesn't show up. The movie plays fine when I access it from the Windows file browser. I assumed it is because the file has to process first, but it's been over a day since first put in the folder.

Yes, Scan Media Library shows it is active.

Not sure how to explain it better. I downloaded the movie, and put it in the Movies folder. It does show up when browsing through Windows File Explorer. But it doesn't show up in the Emby web app. I verified that the Scan media library task is running. Here is the Log file.

The server is on Windows 11. The files are stored on a Synology NAS.

The file in question is .mkv HEVC x265

File name begins with "The Lost Bus"

OK the log shows that the realtime monitor picked it up and it was scanned into the library. What makes you think it wasn't added?

It doesn't show up in the Emby web app.

Does the server need to do some processing before it shows? I added the movie last night.

The Scan media library seems to be stuck at 21%. Still not showing new items added to the library

Don't know what caused this issue, but I fixed it by completely uninstalling Emby and reinstalling.
