Hey all, I'm having this exact same issue with the Alexa skill even after jumping all the hoops to get my Emby server set up with SSL:

"Ressource wurde nicht gefunden oder ist nicht erreichbar"

(resource not found or unreachable)

I did uninstall/reinstall and re-link the skill to no avail.

After spending literally hours with the SSL setup it would be a shame to give up on this now.

Hi @vicviper have you setup ssl on your Emby server? Did you make sure to use a certificate that Alexa accepts?

Thanks for the reply! Yes, SSL is set up and working. Using a myqnapcloud.com dynamic DNS and Letsencrypt certificate.

After every voice command that would usually trigger playing an audio file, e.g. "play a song". The skill itself opens just fine but is unable to playback any media. My Emby server works perfectly fine when accessed remotely with SSL and has no issues playing back media other than from the Alexa skill.

I quite literally tried every voice command that I could possibly think of to trigger any kind of media playback, including the example command that is mentioned when you just open the skill ("spiele ein paar Lieder"). Not a single voice command in relation to the Emby skill works, it's always the same error. I have uninstalled the skill, as unfortunately it's unusable to me.

Can yo please give a specific example of one?

Thanks for trying to help but I have given up on this. When I tried the skill again today, it just gave me "having trouble accessing your skill" error.

The specific example was "spiele ein paar Lieder" which is the exact phrase suggested by the skill when you just open it (when it is working).
