I am looking into it. First check on channelmaster - they do not show as available channels for the zip code :

Checking https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php for the Hunsville, Alibama market just shows them as InfoMercials and does not give the actual callsigns:

I have submitted a request to Gracenote.

Does the DVR show the actual callsigns for each of these 3 stations?

I'm not sure what you mean by "DVR".  Does my pic answer your question?  I think the answer is 'no'.

There is 24 hour caching in Emby Server for the Guide Refreshes. So it depends on when the last guide refresh was that cached the data and when gracenote made the change.

I know that the change was in place 20 hours ago.

Have you tried refreshing the guide and then seeing if the channels get matched or show up in the settings channels view for manual mapping?

you can invalidate the cache by deleting the files within

C:\Users\adminperson\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\httpclient\

and then doing a guide refresh

I mapped the channels and refreshed the cache.  The guide data did change but it is not correct.  38.9 is Cozi TV but still shows informercials, and the informercial data for 38.8 is wrong (yeah!  LOL).

Thanks for the quick test. I will look into this.  So is anything correct ? Is 38.10 ok?

38.10 appears to be weak and won't tune in.  I got a blip of audio and it did not sound like what the guide indicated.

I started here: https://publicfiles.fcc.gov/tv-profile/w34ey-d, to get the broadcaster website http://hc2broadcasting.com/.  Not real helpful.

The site shows the affiliations: https://hc2broadcasting.com/stations/W34EY-D/  (compare to https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=print_market&mktid=104)

 

38.8 is actually NBC True CRMZ, https://streamwink.com/info/nbctruecrmz  (this one is a few days behind  https://epg.pw/last/472384.html?lang=en)

No good info for Timeless TV (if that is even correct); the site has only sample info  https://www.timelesstv.com/Whats-Airing.html

I found the channels on some guides, but did not have correct info.  What a mess - why does this have to be so complicated.

I have re-opened the gracenote raised issue and asked for 38.8 and 38.9 to be corrected and to check out what 38.10 should be as we have a mismatch between https://hc2broadcasting.com/stations/w34ey-d/  and https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=print_market&mktid=104

If you do find out what is actually broadcasting for 38.10 and if it is "Timeless TV", please let me know

@justinrh Gracenote have updated the lineup to have:

38.8 W34EYD8    changed to True Crime Network

38.9 W34EYD9   changed to Cozi TV

Let me know if this is now correct. They appear to have also changed the logo for 38.5
