Take care and be safe Hey, thanks for the insight you and @brothomprovided. Without this, I would not have known how unsecured my server was. Now I'm looking at a reverse proxy guide: That I will eventually have to set up when I get a lot of time. I really do wish the Emby Team would warn admins of these vulnerabilities that exist by not setting up local passwords. Again, appreciate the help!

Because your post is the so-many'th "discovering" this, I thought I'd create a Feature Request so that us lazy admins can use Emby Connect instead of relying on local passwords as well. Maybe you'll find that interesting. Regardless of all that, nice to see it's solved for now. Â
