cyberrep 7 Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 I have no ideia why my emby stop to download subtitle for new movies, trailer , themes etc. attached the last log. embyserver.txt
Luke 42077 Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 Hi there, what exactly makes you think that it stopped?
cyberrep 7 Posted December 9, 2025 Author Posted December 9, 2025 Normally, when I add a new movie through Radarr, in the past emby downloads all subtitles (English, PT-BR, Spanish, and French). But now, I can wait like a month later—no new subtitles are downloaded automatically. I have to do it manually, movie by movie.
cyberrep 7 Posted December 9, 2025 Author Posted December 9, 2025 also trailer etc. I have a few plugins

Have you taken a look at this? Automatic Subtitle Downloads

cyberrep 7 Posted December 10, 2025 Author Posted December 10, 2025 Yha I read. It's hard to know if the same file names is the same hash. I'll try to check a better movie to check if it download the subtitles

So if it's not the same hash, then reading the help text underneath the hash mash option should explain why the subtitles were not downloaded.
