Hi there, what exactly makes you think that it stopped?

Normally, when I add a new movie through Radarr, in the past emby downloads all subtitles (English, PT-BR, Spanish, and French).
But now, I can wait like a month later—no new subtitles are downloaded automatically. I have to do it manually, movie by movie.

also trailer etc.

I have a few plugins

Best guess would be hash matching.

As the example/version above does not appear to be on opensubtitles.

Not sure why Emby should be even trying to search for subtitles for themes?

How have you configured your subtitle download options on the library? Have you taken a look at this?

Hi, this does not answer my question.

Did you read the help text underneath the hash match option?

Yha I read. It's hard to know if the same file names is the same hash. I'll try to check a better movie to check if it download the subtitles

It is not the same hash because the manual subtitle downloader will show an indicator for that.

So if it's not the same hash, then reading the help text underneath the hash mash option should explain why the subtitles were not downloaded.
