Roku Ultra and chapters for multiple versions

I just upgraded the TV, I have a Roku Ultra, and have just started added 4k due to the better TV. 

I have a select few movies I store both 1080 and 4k in the same folder and that all works just fine.  I noticed it seems to default to 1080, and everything is there, but when I switch to 4k, the chapters disappear..  If the 1080 version isn't there, and only the 4k exists the chapters are there.

You mean the chapters "belong" to the 4K and they are being mistakenly shown as owned by the 1080p version? When you change versions the rowlist should change to match what belongs to the version. The chapters are unique to each version. If the chapters only belong to the 1080p version then the 4K version cannot show those chapters and vice versa. I think you understand this. But for others reading.

Can you show a picture of the issue? Then it would more easily show exactly what you mean. Thanks.

So I know that the chapters are there for both because in a browser, or the emby theater, or the mobile emby app it works.  Its just the roku app it doesn't seem to..

I think it also works the other way around, in some folders it will default to the 4k which I wish I knew how to make it do that, and on those folders when I switch to 1080 they then disappear, so it has less to do with the 4k and 1080, and more do to with the roku app and how they disappear when you change resolutions.  If I go out and back in, it doesn't stay on the 4k, it goes back.
