Possible bug in Windows client with low quality video playback

I ran into what seems like a bug with the Windows client, I recently added an older from 2008 show that is in a fairly low quality at 720p. This is in mkv format, most of my other content is higher quality but I do have some other 720p files that don't have the issue with the same format, though they are better quality.

Behavior on Windows:
When using my default quality settings it automatically selects the maximum 720p -10mbps, the stream starts as expected and is visible from administrative view as playing through directplay without issues. However in the Windows client, it briefly displays the first frame and then turns to an empty gray display despite the file still playing and audio coming through as normal. Opening the stats panel while in playback does not display anything, though again monitoring from the admin account shows things playing as usual.

Behavior on Android client:
Running the same file on the Android client, there's no issues and playback is running as expected using the same quality setting. When looking at the stats, I noticed it shows that rather than 10mbps the actual directplay is reporting 720p- 2mbps

When I manually set the quality in the windows client to 2mbps or lower (or set it to auto), video displays as normal. Seems like there might be some issue using a higher quality setting than the video can actually be streamed at that isn't present in the other client. It's pretty minor and easy to work around, but figured I'd report it. Attached is one of the playback logs.

Hi, are you on an old 4.9 build? Are you able to update to the latest?
