All Guide Data Missing

I am having the same problem as original poster; using premiere (recently installed) on windows 11; however I have attempted the suggested changes and still see no TV guide info.

While investigating this I noticed from the outset that I was unable to pull in any tv guide data updates. This endures. When I click the update box in settings/live tv the green update line still simply flashes momentarily and never progresses.

I do have a filter in place, but that is just to limit the display of local OTA channels (looking forward to a direct fix for that in future) and I am confident that this filter is not affecting the guide data results (which were not displaying even before i created it).

Now the issue has expanded. While I did originally see my tv shows and movies, and their cover-icons (as the attached screenshots show), since I followed your suggested changes including deleting the contents of the data folder* , my movies and tvshows no longer display at all. See attached screenshot indicating that the movie guide data was just updated but tv has not.

*My data folder was not the     C:\Users\MediaServer\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\httpclient    you posted as that did not exist but I had a folder C:\Users\[My username]\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\httpclient and that is where I made the deletion of the files.

I also run plex and nextpvr. They work as expected using the same hauppauge card.

Thanks for your input.

@carefulkellyYou could see if it is to do with the filter by clicking on the "All" icon in the Live TV / Guide view and see if that resolves the issue

If it is to do with Guide Data, then you could go to server settings / live tv / and click on Refresh Guide Data and on completion check the Live TV / Guide view and if still wrong, download the embyserver log and attach

@carefulkellyalso have you checked the channel mappings in the server setup to ensure that all of your tuner channels are mapped to guide channels?

Thanks. I have checked "enable for all tuner devices " (previously unchecked) and rebooted. As for any more direct mapping I am unsure of how to do that.

Guide data is still not showing as downloading nor has there been a dashboard alert indicating a more recent guide installation and guide area remains blank.
