Refresh M3u Playlist URL

Does Emby automatically refresh the m3u playlist I get from my provider? I know it refreshes the EPG but what I am asking I think is different. My m3u playlist URL from my provider changes when they either add or delete streams. So, I was wondering if Emby does that automatically as well. I know I may need to set a schedule for this to happen (if Emby can do it). TIA and cheers
