juanv44 0 Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Hello, can yall help me figure out why Emby does not give me the same picture quality as Jellyfin when it comes to using posters in large format? I can compare them side by side , with the same height and width for the posters on my televisions and it seems like emby takes a poster image that might look right with normal size posters and enlarges it so the quality degrades tremendously? Whereas jellyfin must use a higher quality photo or something. I have the same problem on emby for android and emby for roku. Here is a photo from Jellyfin and Emby, using the same size, if you look at the people in the bus on the emby photo, you can't make out there faces whereas you can with jellyfin. jellyfin photo above emby photo above

Luke 42077 Posted December 5, 2025 Posted December 5, 2025 Hi, what is the original image resolution?
ebr 16169 Posted December 5, 2025 Posted December 5, 2025 This should be addressed in the Roku app in its next release.
