very slow scan media library after changed metadata path!!

After I change the metadata path and location, the scan library speed usually takes 5 minutes, but after changing the metadata path and location, the scan library takes more than 1 hour every time when start up. but manual scan library for selective library still fast as normal ,its slow only scan all library. how to fix these problem??

noted:emby ver.4.9.1.90 

After changing metadata location, I already scanned the metadata folder as it was required.

There is an issue that I have seen with changing metadata path

Did you copy the existing metadata to a new path and then specify that path?

If you did, double check to see if you ended up with folders like this metadata\metadata and the whole metadata being recreated at the lower folder

no there is only one metadata folder that contain people,studio,genres,tag, library.

The first Scan always takes longer. It might not be related to changing the metadata path.   Have you recently also updated Emby Server versions ? From what version to 4.9.1.90. Logs are retained for 3 days, so you could download all the embyserver log  files and attach and i can look and see if there any clues

Here are some things you can do to improve the performance of your scans:

• Remove the Episode Refresh plugin
• Disable Omdb metadata fetcher in library settings - you have lots of requests going out to it that are timing out and failing anyway. Looks like something is blocking you from reaching it.
