There have been a few topics on Emby mirror server being down and needing restarted.

But yes I am currently seeing a 502 Bad Gateway

HI, apologies for the disruption. We are rebooting our musicbrainz server. It should be back up shortly.

Once there is a timeout then subsequent requests may get get cancelled and failed because of the earlier timeout. So would need logs to see the first error you get with MusicBrainz

please restart the emby server and attach emby server log for the first error. If the logs rotate, please attach previous logs so you have all logs since the launch of emby server

Really?

This is incredible. Did you at least try it?

Keep getting this error over and over, even after a restart of emby server. Sometimes it works for a bit and then it throw this error again and again.

If I try https://musicbrainz.emby.tv on a browser it takes 20 seconds to show up when it work , other times just gives error 500 or 502 or 400.

I am a emby premiere for over 20 years now.

Devs will need full logs and not snips 🤷‍♂️

Hi

They do not need logs. Full or not. They just need to fix their musicbrainz server. On the last 2 months they have to restart it 5 or 6 times. It was working ok until recently. On the las 2-3 weeks its problems after problems. I am pretty sure that they know about these problems.

I have to agree, no amount of Emby Server logs is going to point out the problem with their Musicbrainz mirror constantly going down, the logs just show connection timeouts. I setup a reverse proxy to work around it and I'll likely be setting up my own mirror in the future (which might also be faster to use with Picard too).

I guess @Luke RPI has gone RIP, and they need to host it on a NOT potato machine.
