Help requested for Collections folder images missing

I recently set up the Emby app on my Qnap server, to replace Plex for home theater. Everything is going well, except that the Collections folder and subfolders are showing placeholder icon and not an image. Some have them, some don't see my screenshot attached. I see that the subfolders at qpkg\EmbyServer\programdata\metadata\collections have som fanart.jpg images but many do not. I did a full media library scan overnight but still no joy. Am I missing a setting that is causing this or is the Collections UX just wonky? Also attached is screenshot of my settings for collections. Any help is much appreciated @Luke

I think Fanart had a issue for the last week or so.

Try refreshing metadata on collections missing artwork.

Try unticking/ticking back all meta-downloaders and image fetchers, refresh an item afterwards and post server log.

Hi, what example are we focusing on during the time of this log file?

To a point we need to pick one Collections and Refresh it and see the server log for that specific example.  As the server log previously provided is really busy with importing and changes seen by librarymonitor.

For example The Avengers Collection (tmdbid-86311) does not appear in log at all.

Can you refresh that Collection and post the server log if it does not populate.

Thanks to all for the insights and help. What I encountered is that although some of the Collections folder thumbnails appeared over the past few days, I now am able to refresh the metadata for each folder and then Emby inserts the correct image for the folder when I reload the full page. I was assuming that this would happen with the scheduled task, but it seems that I had to force it on the folders via the UX

This is happening for over a month. Posters just dissapear from collections.

It is happening on all collections, no matter is it a third party plugin or emby collection.

No, but there are at least 5+ threads on forum with same issue repeating

I have just returned to Emby after a 6 year break. I too was facing this issue with collections. Weirdly, the fix for me was to do a library scan then full meta data refresh and it brought all images for collections down.
