If that does not work, devs would need to see logs.

It might be blocked by adblocker, firewall, security software or dns issues.

Salut tout le monde ! Mon avatar a disparu et je n'arrive pas à le récupérer ! En plus, il est indiqué que la nouvelle bêta 4.9.2.27 est disponible, mais ce n'est pas le cas !

Also it is available but may have to get from GitHub.  As Download pages still point to previous version. @Luke

Without logs or console error it is really impossible to say what issues your Avatar is having.  As you first image shows a avatar and your second does not.
