I need to inform people about these garbage tv boxes, I bought the z11 pro max and the ultimate z12 lol omg. Where do I start, I had them for 3 weeks now they have a Mytv online 3 app that people think is good lol omg. Firstly the app the Online tv 3 app is so bad its actually less than an app in beta stage its so bad I lol while using it. The box itself while using the remote the light on the box blinks when you use the remote even when it doesnt work youi still see the light on the box blink even though it doesnt work you can see its not the remote its the box. This is not even what I dont like lol after you enter in the iptv server it works wow great you might be thinking but the next day. Haha, you need to manually refresh the guide in the settings or you have no guide lol and also there is a spot to delete the access old guide data and if you dont delete it than it adds up clogging the memory and space hahaha. Omg I cant even believe they cost $300 its funny beyond and it gets better lol. There is an option to use mapping for the keys and after you do map the keys sometimes they just dont work lol even though while you press the keys you can on the box see the light blink each time you press the button even though it does nothing lol. The mytvonlone app is garbAGE ... Dont buy these amazon boxes they are trash.

I bought the boxes because on youtube it shows as a good app but its all b*******, the app is garbage its the worst pos you could ever buy its trash. I hate the app I hate the entire thing the box the app everything is garbage.

Sorry mate but I love my Z8 and my friends and family love their Z10's. Why you would be silly and spend the obnoxious amount for the Z11 Pro Max and the Z12 is a you problem. The great thing about them is the MOL app looks exactly like a cable box UI which makes it super easy for people to transition to them. Absolutely none of the problems you mention exist on any of the other boxes. Either your IPTV provider is garbage, or your internet is.

I would strongly suggest you post your issues on the official Formuler support forums. FYI I've been using the Z8 myself since it was released back in 2019.
