Downloads not working on other machines

Hi there,

 

I'm having a few troubles with the downloads feature. I'm running emby server on OMV in linux. Some of my other machines i.e laptop and mobile, are having problems where downloading a simple file (MKV) which is quite small and it converts the file and then gets stuck on ready to transfer. So i go to scheduled tasks and transfer media files and its still saying ready to transfer. I'm either really blind and can't see where to transfer the files or there maybe something wrong with my configuration.

Can someone help?
