Deleted "Playlists" library - how to restore the library

Howdy all

Sorry to ask - but.. I've kinda messed up.
I perform weekly backups of the "emby" folder (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server) so I do have backups to revert to, though I'd lose playback / history / status of all users if I do so.
I wasn't using the playlist library, and didn't think anyone else was. So I deleted the library.
However.. turns out some users were using it to create music playlists.. hence the dilema.
I've tried to create a new library but don't see any option for "playlist" in content type, and I've zero idea where they would be stored to see if they were included in the backup.

Anyone ever deleted the playlist library and had to restore it somehow?
Any advice possible would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, what exactly did you delete and from where?

Hi Luke - thanks for the reply (and apologies for the delay!)

It previously showed in the main left side bar on the main screen, under "My Media" where you would see the various libraries that are listed in settings, library.
Here I have the usual Movies, Series, Documentaries, and Music. There was another there called Playlists that I hadn't created, but never the less was there.

Basically one of my "users" had been creating themselves a playlist of music which I have found in this location, over months and months and now has no access to them.

C:\Users\emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\data\userplaylists\Christmas [playlist]\Christmas.m3u
C:\Users\emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\data\userplaylists\IPod Music [playlist]\IPod Music.m3u
C:\Users\emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\data\userplaylists\Running [playlist]\Running.m3u

===Update===

I think I figured it out this evening whilst typing this - I setup a VM with Emby and after adding some music added a track to a new Playlist and it's created the library for "playlists", though it doesn't allow any edit or reference to folder locations etc. I did the same on the live system and it's created a new test playlist folder in the same path as above.

Therefore I may have resolved it with doing this - I'll ask the user to check and confirm - Hopefully this might help others, though a little more "option" in the Library edit probably wouldn't go amiss.

Thanks Luke - as always an awesome system - Streaming 9k+ movies, 332 series, 65k music, on an i7 9700 with 16gb ram - it runs like a champ!

Small update.. though the Playlists are there, the user doesn't see them.
If the user creates a new playlist - I can edit the m3u file to "reinsert" the track entries but it doesn't show for them. When the user adds another song to the play list it reverts back to the original new one. I'd have thought just editing the m3u would be sufficient. Is this not the case?  I did restart emby between the editing the m3u and the user trying again.. no joy.
User had hundreds of tracks in this play list, else I'd just replicate it manually.
