Filter button does not appear in root folder of a Movies library (in folders view)

Hi,

I've noticed something odd in Web and Android TV apps (though this might not be the only versions).
In a Movies library, when using the Folders view, the filter button is missing when you are at the root folder.
However, the filter button shows up correctly as soon as you enter any subfolder.

Is it a feature or a bug?

Hm, on second thought, don't think it was ever present at the top-level.

I just wanted to point out the absence of this button, without implying that it's a regression.

I don't see any reason why it would be present in subfolders but not in the root directory. If the team shares this opinion, would it be possible to add it in a future version?
