Cannot Identify TV shows anymore?

I switched from plex to emby about 4 months ago. Everything was working fine until about last month when it suddenly stopped identifying tv shows. I use TVDB plugin. I am on emby premiere. Emby server is up to date. I have run through all the settings for my "TV shows" folder. It is all pointing to the TVDB and is also set up as a tv show category. I even set up a 2nd tv show library and its still not working. Any suggestions?

If this worked before, could you get emby server log when a new TV show is added to a library. Suggest you enable debug logging - see Log Files article and restart the emby server to get fresh logs created and then add a TV show to a library and have it scanned. When you notice the problem, get screenshot and download the embyserver log and attach with details of what was added and when
