Roku logs sent 9:56 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME

When trying to perform a user switch, the user switch does not succeed. The homepage simply refreshes and reloads the current users view without switching the user.

Hi.  Is it possible you are signed in with Connect?

Hello. Both accounts I am trying to switch between have connect accounts linked, but only my account (current user) was signed in to Roku with Connect.

If an account is signed in with connect you cannot really switch users. The connect authentication has tied the server and user together. There is really no concept of switch user when using connect.

We could (probably should) hide the switch user selection choice when the logged in context is using connect. The only way to change users when logged in with connect is using switch server.

I thought we already did that.  I would consider that a bug.  You cannot switch users when logged in with Connect.

I understand. In that case please note as well that the server selection screen displays a list of users, when it should only show the user who's connect account is linked.

That is controlled via the Users profile. Last 3 options on that page.

Yes I have these accounts set to display on local networks intentionally. Speechles says when you link a server with Emby connect, you can only sign in to the Emby server user that is linked to the connect account. In that case I don't believe those other users should be displayed as you can't even sign into them.
