Question About Transcoding Permissions

Previously, when I was playing media I could change the quality directly in the player settings. Now it seems this option is gone. Why is that? I found it convenient, and people expect it there I feel, since it's the same in YouTube and many other platforms.

Ha, nevermind. I tested something with my user and disabled transcoding a while ago. So obviously I can't change the bitrate now... Completely forgot I had done that.

Sorry, I guess this thread can be deleted.
