What metadata and image fetchers do you have enabled on the library?

Are suggesting Character vs Real Person per content?  

As Emby only has one image per Artist/Actor

Doesn't this apply?  As we do not currently show Character info only Real person.

Well each person as the Role field, so it could hold the character name there.
