HeiperHAX 0 Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 Hello, I am using Amazon Fire TV stick with version 2.1.26a, it has a lot of bugs, subtitles are available in other regions (Bulgaria - German) (English - Chinese). The sound is broken or lags, when starting a movie or series it just loads and advances to the next part. It does not load the given movie or series! I had to switch to the LG app, there is only the subtitle mix and it loads the previous movies or series that the Amazon app could not. Current version that works is LG 1.0.47! If there is a normal update for the Amazon Stick in the near future, I will switch back! I access my server on the Amazon Stick, unfortunately the LG cannot, there is no program that can access my NAS server!

Anyway, you could search & install standard Android app (just "Emby" in Amazon App store, not "Emby for Fire TV" that you have currently nstalled) and see how does that compare. Your sentence and screenshot represent neither of those (except show that server is trying to transcode and likely fails, but without logs noone can divine an answer), if you want to troubleshoot the issue further, follow instructions in the post linked by @Neminem.
