Unable to enter premiere key on server configuration pages

I recently purchased a 1-year subscription to your service; however, I cannot enter my premiere key as supplied in your email.

 

I have copied the number as requested and it will not let my paste it into the key field of the server configuration page.

 

I also cannot bring this page back up again bow as it does not appear to be active in any of your menus. Can you please assist and enter for me or send the link so I can try again.

What exactly happens when you try to paste the key on that page? Are you able to share screenshots of what you do see?

It wont allow me to do anything the option to paste does not come up. I cant show tou a screenshot as i cant even get the the page back up as explained above.  
 

all I need is for someone to send me the link again to that page so i can have another go

I'm still confused since the link to that page is local to your Emby Server only. Have you installed your own Emby Server?
eg: http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/embypremiere

I'm sorry but you haven't really explained exactly what happens when you try. Just saying that you can't get the page back up doesn't really explain anything without providing more detail.

Either way, please provide Emby Server logs as per the original link I posted above. Hopefully one of the Devs can make more sense of it.

That page says that you already have a monthly Premier key. What are you trying to do? If you purchased access from someone then you cannot do what you want to do as the server is NOT yours. They are also violating Emby's terms of service and could have their access cut off any time as Emby does not allow one party to purchase access from someone else.

Ok..so how do i get to that page to put my key in or can support put it in for me, because atm i cant use emby for anything

No one else can help put the key in for you.

What happens when you click this link on the computer that is running Emby Server? http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/embypremiere

Please be specific with what happens when you click it, eg. blank page (show screenshot), error message (again show screenshot) -- something has to happen when you click it, it can't just do "nothing"

Without providing server logs (requested twice already) - we are running blind and can only guess at this point.

The local host will not load up. I haven't loaded my own emby server as I have not got past putting the key in. Once i can put the key then i can move onto the next stage eg loading my own server. I hope that helps

Well the key needs to go into your own server.

So you need to install your server on your own hardware.

Without the sever you can not use your key.

Unfortunately that's not how it works. You need to install your server first before you do anything.
