Is the Opensubtitles plugin not downloading for anyone else?

I have my user/pass in the plugin and my information is confirmed with the site itself.

It appears I have x3 credentials.

It's time to start from scratch.

I have registered there 3 times over the years.

I had to straighten out the account names and passwords.
