Does it matter whether it's Mac or Window to stream although the server is directly from NAS?

Hello guys,

Please HELP ME! It might sound very stupid but I'm very new using EMBY and connecting server and anything that involves.

I have 2 computers (windows and mac) and I had set up Emby through mac and connected to NAS and I thought as long as I know the host I should be fine streaming in any devices

It worked completely fine when I did from SmartTV,  iphone, and mac. However, when I tried in windows, it said "Unable to reach the server" 

And I tried to configure from NAS and the site can't be reached by proxy and firewall.. and now it has disconnected from my iphone and can't use it anymore.

Is it really because of firewall? or does software impact connecting to the server? or perhaps NAS connection going bad?

How can I fix it?

Hi, are you sure emby server is running? Is it possible your server's lan ip address has changed?
