Bug: Can not skip back/forward with chromecast.

Didn't know where to put this as there is no chromecast section so sorry if wrong place.

Chromecast fails when trying to skip forwards or backwards in a video that is being transcoded.
Skipping makes the clients progress bar go back to 0:00 and the screen casting to either goes blank or shows a single frame from the point skipping too.
This happens with all devices, no matter what system Emby is installed on (Windows, Linux, docker and so on) and what multiple graphics cards.
Software transcode does not work either.
Everything seems to work as it should when not transcoding.
