When using Instant Mix option for music I cannot save the playlist

Hi, yes

I choose any song and right click to choose Instant Mix. The queue is populated with similar songs.

I go to the queue and click the gear/cog wheel and choose save queue to playlist. I choose new playlist and enter a name for it and click "Create" but no playlist is created.

If I add a couple of albums to the queue it works so this is only happening (that I've experienced) if the queue is created with Instant Mix

Nothing appears in my playlist library.

I select instant mix from a song 

And it plays

I click the cog bottom right

 

And choose 'Save Play Queue to Playlist'

 

Select new playlist and give it a name, "Test" in this case.

And I check my playlists (sorted alphabetically) but "Test" is not there

I uploaded the logs. Tried this process around 10.35 GMT (ish)

Tried it at 19.48 GMT on web app and there is progress as it thought about it, I got a blue spinning wheel. But no playlist.

In the android app, (19.53) nothing happens still

OK I think this is only an issue with very large play queues, right?
