Emby Version Update

Hi, I am trying to update Emby, it says restart Server and repeats itself, Tried downloading and installing Emby 4.9.1.90 and when installing get this error message

Hi, try shutting down Emby Server and then try installing from the website on top of your existing version. Please see if that helps.

Hi Luke, still the same error message

I deleted the system.old folder and installed 4.9.1.90 fine, but it created another system.old folder, so see what happens on the next update

Generally the only reason you'd see that is if the server is running. Are you sure you shut it down? Try rebooting the machine, and then when the machine starts up, make sure Emby Server isn't running and then try installing from the website.

I defiantly shut the Emby Server done, but didn't do a restart, will try that if it happens again, thanks
