Unlock app?

I was at my relatives. Emby works fine for them with media files. But when they go to live TV, they get the following screen. But no one else does it works fine for them . I have an Emby premier subscription.

 

What's causing this?

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Where was it before that screen?  You only get to that screen by clicking a button on a dialog or selecting from the user menu.

My guess is you hit the Premiere device limit.
