Images being removed

So just to give some background. I've migrated from a windows installation to a truenas setup. It did fairly well, except with the images. I've most of it looking the way I want, except I'm having issues with the custom library images. About once a week Emby will delete the images I upload and replace them with whatever it wants. What's worse is that these are the primary category images and I don't see a way to lock them to stop Emby from doing this. Here's a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about. Today I logged in and Emby suddenly decided that the Movies and TV category images I had, needed to be replaced. Is there a way to disable this? or some way to "lock" these images in place like you can lock the metadata?

Hi, try adding back your custom images using the web interface. Then see if the issue persists after that. Thanks.

Ok, I set the images back last night 11/17... we'll see how long they last. Here's a sample of how it looks right now.

and if I got to edit images, this is what I see
