Added new video card, certain videos won't play "No compatible streams available"

Old thread necro, but it seems like my real problem was emby not picking up changes happening to the media files.  This was because I didn't have 

func.getattr=newest

in my fstab entry.  I haven't had a single file refuse to play/transcode since I added it.  I just wanted to add this for anyone else finding this thread from searching.
