Reports Plugin Feature Request

Would it be possible to add "collection" and/or "playlist" to the list of fields reported by this plugin.  To be more explicit, I would like these fields added when the media selector is viewing movies or series, episodes.  

I have converted my media server from Plex to Emby.  I had a lot of collections in Plex and it would be useful to see what movies in Emby are in what collection or playlist so I can compare between the two systems.

@Luke I am not sure I understand your question.  Are you asking what if a movie is located in a collection and playlist OR what if a movie is in multiple collections/playlists?  Either way, could you not list each collection/playlist the movie may reside?
