Emby Transcoding and Database Migration to Asustor Lockerstor 10 Gen 3

I have an Asustor Lockerstor 10 Gen 3 with five 24 TB drives. With the proper configuration and my Emby Premiere license, will this hardware be able to handle media transcoding?
I also need to migrate my database from a WD PR4100 to this new NAS. (24TB data)
