Online Trailers & Extras (No Local Files Required)

Add support for Emby to display internet-sourced extras (e.g., from TMDb/YouTube) directly in the media title screen "Extras" section without requiring local files.

No storage space wasted on extras already freely available online

No need to follow strict naming conventions or folder structures

Cleaner libraries for users who don’t want to maintain extra media files

Provides a smoother, Plex-style experience

A simple global or per-library toggle would be ideal?

@Cr8iveLosrdo you mean like the "Cinema Intros" function that requires an Emby subscription? image.png.0e83eea2a08b12f85f6355d3385c6fec.png

Additionally: I had this feature active for some time but my users were COMPLETELY confused because they clicked on "Movie A" and it suddenly started showing "Movie B" as they described it. Some intros/trailers aren't clearly trailers and this causes confusion which in turn resulted my users to exit the trailer, play the media again and (again) get shown some other random piece of media. I've deactivated this for now, hoping Emby will better indicate that what's currently playing is a trailer instead of the selected piece of media.
