continue watching repeat itself

hell there.

Sinds couple weeks i have this issue with "continue watching" as well as "next up" repeting it self. does any one know why this happen?

When you click on each one and scroll to the bottom, what does it show for the file path?

Luke, I have to admit you were right. I wasn’t aware of that duplicate files in my library. I was 100% sure that everything is correct. I just follow your lead just to be sure and I was very surprised. So sorry for wasting your time, everything is OK now . This also resolved my second issue with the subtitles not showing up... so I killed two birds with one stone thank you very much.
