User Policy Has Been Updated for multiple users

Hi,

Just received a notification that User Policy Has Been Updated for 4 of my users, within the same minute. Hoping something was automated to cause this, but it's only a subset of users and I'm confused why. Is there a way to see exactly what was changed, and where it was changed from (IP or similar)?

This happens if you enable a VirtualTV channel for selected users only, because the plugin adds tags to the parental control section of the other users.
