ramseyn 15 Posted November 13, 2025 Author Posted November 13, 2025 I literally moved that show .mkv file to my personal share. rescanned, moved it back from my personal share and rescanned. No other operations.

No other operations. That would just mean that something else occurred between previous library scan (whenever you have it set for) and last one. Though it's odd that all artwork is gone. As said previously, it is possible that you're DB has issues. 42 minutes ago, GrimReaper said: That should not be happening, something in the db is messed up. Edit: Also, what Image fetchers you have enabled in your library and in what order?
Neminem 1515 Posted November 13, 2025 Posted November 13, 2025 Is opp using Sonarr? That might delete files on reimport. Sonarr does this when updating or upgrading media files, all image, sub and the like are deletet. As is would see those as new. 1
ramseyn 15 Posted November 13, 2025 Author Posted November 13, 2025 I don't see Sonarr mentioned anywhere in server management. When I copied those posters back from the other server I didn't need to do any rescan, just refreshed the page and the images showed up. In any case, it's looking right now but has been a lot of trawling through 149 episodes and their metadata to ensure no more combined parts and everything is listed correctly. I'm not clear why any of this happened because when I watched the earlier episodes everything played in correct sequence without missing anything. Since then I have had NAS server system upgrades of course, and an Emby upgrade. However, I think all is now well - hopefully it won't change on future rescan! Thanks for all your pointers. ramseyn 15 Posted November 13, 2025 Author Posted November 13, 2025 It's a thought - but why this one episode of 149 in dozens of multi-season tv shows with many episodes per season?
