My movies won't start

Hello,
I have a problem with Emby Premiere...I recently switched to this service, I can see the movies, I can launch them but they don't actually start...the screen remains blank...if I press forward or backward I see the images, if I press play they don't start.
Do you have any idea what the hell is going on?
