Transcode initialization reported failed.

I am currently using emby 4.9.1.90.

I found that the transcode initialization runs a bit slow, after reading the log, I can see the server keeps running into error when trying to initialize the Hardware Transcode.

Logs files are attached, please kindly help me. (there are 2 log files.)

BTW.

I am hitting this problem since the last stable release of version 4.8, so maybe it is the problem of my PC or operating system? (intel i5-13400 + RTX5060 + Win 11 24H2)

Provide the hardware detection log, it's taking several minutes to perform that which normally completes in a second or less.

The transcoding and hardware detection logs are in the same place where you first got the Emby server log.
