Hi, so whenever I try to play any movies that's bitrate is higher than 25-30mbps on Google TV or even Firestick, it pauses after every few moments. And when I play the same content on my Android phone or even my Samsung OLED TV, it works fine. Please help!

A latest gen 4K firestick has no issues with a 4K remux (~ 80-100Mbit/sec) so it is likely wifi/signal related.

Maybe try 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz bands to see if one is better - you may need to bring the device away(higher) from the back of the TV using an HDMI extension cable if your signal is weak or get a 2nd AP nearer the TV's.

Try the Firestick in the Samsung OLED, if it works ok, then that TV does not have signal issues.

Hey, I found the problem! When I try to play movies through the Android TV app, it works better, but some movies say "video level not supported" and transcode. But when I use the Emby for Android app and play the same file, it direct plays but pauses every few moments.

I have the latest Firestick 4K, which supports Dolby TrueHD, and I'm consistently achieving an average speed of 250 Mbps during speed tests. However I'm still facing buffering problems.

The screenshots I sent are from my Google TV.

My Firestick is direct playing movies, but it keeps buffering.

Correct, but it probably should be transcoded on the Firestik as 5.2 isn't supported and could be why it's choppy.

Here is a picture of file being played at firestick.

Those are different items.  Can you test with the exact same content?

Still, very likely a bandwidth issue.

I'll take pictures with same content tomorrow.

It's more likely that your device can't handle high bitrate files. You might want to try lowering the bitrate. You might also want to use a different player or simply stream through a device that supports higher bitrates.

Hi, yes that would be great, thanks.

I think the others are right though that the device just can't handle it.
