Playback issue reproducible on Apple TVos 26.1

I have several Apple TVs and seeing this on 26.1 but not 26.0. The issue is the video freezes but the audio keeps going. Server seems to think the video is still playing but the video freezes in the apple tv client. Playback is direct and h.264 video.
