Shield TV with Android TV, video freezes

Hello,

Fist at all: I am cutting my files with tsdoctor.

I have a problem with Android TV. When playback comes to a cut-Point video is freezing. Sound is still working. When I stop and continue playback video works again. I have only tested (watched) one file because it is a hard job to find files with the same problem. I have around 1500 movies.

I havn't bought emby premiere yet.

The same file works fine on windows.

In the meantime I tested the same file with my Android Google Tablet device, program Version: 3.5.16. No problems during playback.

I have done serveral tests. Here are some results.

Android-Version with external player Kodi works including sound. In combination with player MX Player Pro I have no sound

Android TV Version: I activated "Deinterlace SD content" . This  WORKS!

I deinstalled the Android-Version because of the Interface. I rebootet my Shield TV and it is still working.

Hello,

unfortunately I have still a problem during playback.

I have send the app-log approximately at 08:00 o'Clock (UTC-5)
Please find attached the Server-logs.

What I have done:
- Started movie "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" and move forward to timstamp 1:48
- at 1:48:38 video was stopping and I saw blocks. There were no sound-problems!
- I was cutting this movie with tsdosctor; log-file is also attached
- there were no error message or something like that

User: emby, server: diskstation_jz

I hope this help you to improve emby (and solve my problem)
