Failure to launch ... most of the time

So this one I'm not seeing elsewhere. After a fresh reboot of my Win11 laptop, the Emby app works fine, but after a while, it stops. When I launch it, I get the white screen with "hide" in the corner, but the animation never starts, and after several seconds (30-ish) it just closes down. Emby Theater still works, and when the Emby Windows app works, all is fine, but when it won't launch, it won't launch.

Attached is a fresh server and client log when all I did was attempt to open the Emby Windows app.

Thoughts?
