Emby app on Roku crashing shortly after opening.

I have some family members accessing my server remotely on roku devices. one is a roku tv and the other a roku ultra. when they open the app it almost immediately crashes back to the main roku screen. sometimes they can attempt to play something but then it crashes again. i do not have this problem on my local roku's. i have uninstalled the apps and reinstalled. the roku's are fully up to date. there is no error message or anything.

Hi.  The next time this happens, please have them restart the app and immediately  follow the instructions to send a log from the app
