Transcoding priority for devices

Hi all

I was wondering if it was possible to have a transcoding priority for devices.

For example, my Nvidia shield does not decode AV1, so when an AV1 file is played it transcodes it to h264 8bit, but I would like it to transcode to h265 10 bit in order to keep the AV1 10bit colour banding, I can't see an option to force this though and it seems to be automatic
