[live tv] Info/On Now/Guide stuck open after viewing guide item details

Server v4.9.1.80

While watching content; if you open the live tv guide inside the video player, then click on any item inside the guide to view it's details, when you close that details window the tv guide is stuck open and you can no longer interact with the video player at all. You can switch between the other tabs (Cast&Crew, On Now, Info, etc), but they all stay open.

Clicking on the playing video does nothing, waiting for the menu to close doesn't work, keyboard shortcuts don't work. You can only close the player and start over.

 

I get the same results while viewing live content as well as local content, in both the web app and Emby for Android v3.5.15

On Android the video player also switches to portrait while blocking you out of control.

I thought I had; but checking now, that does work. Maybe it's just a little counter intuitive.

It's strange to me that the behaviour changes once you look at an item, especially once you switch tabs inside the player. Clicking on the video player should resume focus on the player and close the guide just as it does before you view an items details.
